Idox Insights is a fully cloud-based solution and can be accessed from any location via a modern web-browser.
Idox Insights can connect with the data from your existing Idox case management solutions. As part of our development roadmap we will include the option to connect other data sources to the platform.
The Idox Insights development roadmap aims to cater for all areas across Public Protection and the Built Environment, with incremental service area releases. Coming next will be analytics for Building Control departments, expected early 2024.
